This is the second Oakley Coaching course I've undertaken and once again, it does not disappoint. I wanted to find ways to develop and expand my practice in an ethical way without feeling like I was pushing a sales speech or following a formula. There is a lot of content here and it's all valuable- I've already recouped the cost of the course in a few short weeks just by using the teaching methods on patient compliance (which are nothing short of genius!) On a side note, its also been great for me personally as I've learnt how to coach myself and complete my own goals too- so roll on the next few years of my business and where it takes me, Thank you, ladies, for putting this training together.

I have just completed 'Confident Clinicians Academy: Health Coaching and Motivational Interviewing Skills for Healthcare Professionals' and have honestly learnt so much. I don't doubt that I will need to revisit the information in order to solidify the information that I have learnt, but I am so excited to go forward and try to incorporate these skills into practice. I had already started incorporating some of the things I had learnt after doing the first couple of modules, and whilst it was by no means perfect, the skills I had learnt made quite a dramatic difference in the consultation that I had with a New Patient which would normally have made my head spin. Now that I have completed the course I am feeling more confident...I just need to practice now. Practice does make perfect after all. Implementation is all on me! Thanks so much Pip and Rhiannon for a wonderful online learning opportunity. It really is going to make such a difference to such a lot of HCPs xxx

We're all striving to help patients so I was keen to figure out how to help them help themselves. The coaching content isn't easy and it takes a commitment to change but after all - if that's what we want from our patients then perhaps we could try it too! Really helpful as a solid start to the journey, so glad I found this course to help me get started.
