7. Refunds
Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:
- you have requested it within the 14 day cooling-off period (further detail below);
- you have not completed (or attempted to complete) any quizzes;
- you have not submitted or attempted to submit any assignments or documents for review by Oakley Partnership;
- you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course; and
- you have not completed all course modules (regardless of whether a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation has been issued)
The 14 day cooling off period begins for Paid Upfront Courses, Memberships and courses paid in 3 Monthly Instalments from the first day that you purchased the course.
Please note: Once your access to the Course or membership run has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, remain a member of any communities or support groups, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course run.
How to request a refund for Oakley Partnership courses:
We hope you will be very happy with the course and the skills you have learnt. If you have reason to request a refund or cancellation and are eligible to do so, please contact us at [email protected] with your email address and order number.
8. Applicable Law
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Oakley Coaching may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
